Refund / Guarantee Policy

1. Digital Products

At TinaFletcher.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. We offer a 14-day refund policy under the following conditions:


  • Eligibility for Refund:
    You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with the digital product. To qualify, you must provide proof that you have made a reasonable attempt to apply the concepts or strategies provided in the product.


  • How to Request a Refund:
    To request a refund, please contact us at hello@tinafletcher.com with your order number, the product you purchased, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond within five business days.


  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Please note that any bonuses, supplementary materials, or bundled products that come with your digital purchase are non-refundable and must be returned along with the main product.


2. Consultations

Consultations are non-refundable. When you book a one-on-one session with Tina, you are securing a time slot that could be used for another client. We value your time, and in return, we ask that you value ours. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on consultations, but we do provide the following options:


  • Rescheduling:
    If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at hello@tinafletcher.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We are happy to accommodate one rescheduling per session without any additional fees.


  • Missed Appointments:
    If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued. We encourage you to set reminders to ensure you make the most of your scheduled time.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens, and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please contact us at hello@tinafletcher.com, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
