What types of services do you offer?

I offer one-on-one consultations focusing on branding, marketing, and business strategy. These sessions are designed to tackle your specific challenges and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

How do I book a consultation?

Booking a session is easy! Just fill out the form on the Services page, and I’ll confirm your booking within 24 hours. Once confirmed, I’ll send you an invoice, and we’ll be all set for our session.

What are the payment options?

Payments for consultations are made via invoice, which can be paid online, using PayPal or a Credit/Debit Card. This need to be paid at least 24 hours before our session unless prior arrangements have been made.


For digital products like my books, payments are processed securely at checkout directly here on our site.

Do you offer refunds?

For digital products, we offer a 14-day refund policy under specific conditions.


Consultations, however, are non-refundable, but rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please check out the Refund/Guarantee Policy for full details.

How do I access the books/online products I’ve purchased?

fter completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link to access your digital book instantly. If you have any issues, just contact us at support@tinafletcher.com.

Can I work with you if I’m not in Australia?

Absolutely! Many of my clients are located outside Australia. We can meet via Zoom, and I’ll make sure to accommodate your time zone when scheduling our session.


Plus many times I may not even be in Australia, so location is definately not an issue and together we can work with both our timezone to come up with the best possible times for us both.
